Jammu/Rajouri/ : Rajouri Police Foils Bovine Smuggling Attempt; Vehicle Seized

Rajouri Police foiled an attempt of bovine smuggling during naka checking at Khalsa Chowk.
During routine checking a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration No. JK11H-8171 driven by an unknown person was intercepted.
During Search vehicle was found loaded with 05 bovine animals which were being transported illegally without permission from the competent authority.
In this regard a Case FIR No. 149/2026 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Rajouri and further investigation has been taken up.
